Anchor It

0 Mins
Ten years ago, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission launched the Anchor It! Campaign in response to the alarming rise in injuries and fatalities caused by furniture and TV tip-overs. These incidents can happen in the blink of an eye, posing a hidden hazard in our homes. Over the past decade, the Anchor It! Campaign has been dedicated to educating parents and caregivers about the importance of anchoring furniture to prevent these tragic accidents. Thanks to your support, and the commitment of the parent-advocates who helped us carry this important message forward, we’ve seen a dramatic decline in tip-over incidents. However, our mission is far from over. As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we continue to emphasize the critical message: Anchoring all furniture with drawers, doors, and shelves to the wall prevents tip-over injuries and deaths. Let’s keep our homes safe. Anchor It! today. Join us in spreading awareness and making every home a safer place. Together, we can prevent tip-overs and protect our loved ones.
